S.T.O.R.M. (Special Team of role models) Leadership program
Our Purpose
- To develop exemplary leadership skills
- To develop skills for high level TKD instruction
- To further develop one's own high character and discipline
- To become an ambassador of the Dojang
- To begin the journey of becoming an official instructor of the Dojang
- To uphold the ATC Black Belth Oath to its fullest
Eligible Students
- Current ATC Black Belts with current TKD membership
- Middle and High school age
- Invitation from current STORM team or Master
- Those with high level of personal TKD acumen (knowledge, understanding, ability)
Requirements of STORM members
- 1 weekly STORM practice
- Maintain your own training of 2-3 classes per week
- Assist 1 TKD class per week
- Judge 1 belt test per cycle
- Attend public/special events as a team
- Attend team building activities outside of ATC
